We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to join our growing digital team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of running PPC, Display and Paid Social Media campaigns for a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to manage and implement paid activities that exceed the business’ expectations and deliver remarkable results.

You will have the drive and inclination to remain at the forefront of digital marketing, ensuring best practice marketing techniques are at the heart of everything we do.

What will I be doing?
 
  • Implementation of the paid media strategy; working with a clear and defined set of KPIs for each project.
  • Delivery of projects on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads, Pinterest & TikTok.
  • Ongoing management and optimisation of all paid campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads).
  • Managing and building reports and contributing to forecasting processes. Be comfortable with forecasting spend levels and reporting on week on week / year on year trends.
  • Bespoke reporting – Experience using native advertising platforms, Google Analytics 4 & Looker Studio.
  • All aspects of asset coordination – gathering creative assets, implementing the briefing process, ad copy generation, coordinating brand sign off and ensuring that ad naming conventions and UTM parameter specifications are strictly adhered to.
  • Be experienced and comfortable in managing a 6-figure budget.
  • Contributing to targeting and audience discussions and creative ideation sessions.
  • Documenting A/B tests and experiments, tracking optimisations and capturing learnings.
  • Ensuring individual and business KPIs are met each month.
  • Supporting the Head of Performance Marketing to help drive the department forward.

What you’ll bring…

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:
 
  • At least 5+ years’ experience in a similar paid marketing role, with a proven track record of delivering successful paid campaigns (hands-on experience across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Display, Paid Social).
  • A can-do attitude and ability to self-motivate in and out of office. Must be able to manage themselves and priority workload individually.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  • An understanding of top of funnel and attribution holistic approach to paid media spend.
  • An ability to improve your results environment outside of the paid social channels.
  • Innovative and able to proactively find solutions to problems such as unexpected low ROAS or CPA spikes.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple ad creatives and parallel testing of concepts and iterations.
  • Work as a team player whilst being able to work and set individual performance goals and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and advanced analytics.
  • Ability to analyse and improve results.
  • Commercial awareness to drive businesses forwards.
  • Excellent reporting skills.
  • A willingness to learn, research and use initiative.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver results.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and literacy skills.
  • Proactive approach to workload and new ideas.
