What will I be doing?
- Leading the implementation of the performance marketing strategy; working with a clear and defined set of KPIs for each project.
- Delivering projects on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest & TikTok.
- Ongoing management and optimisation of all performance marketing campaigns.
- Managing and building reports and contributing to forecasting processes. Be comfortable with forecasting spend levels and reporting on week on week / year on year trends.
- Bespoke reporting – Experience using native advertising platforms, Google Analytics 4 & Looker Studio.
- Managing all aspects of asset coordination – gathering creative assets, implementing the briefing process, ad copy generation, coordinating brand sign off and ensuring that ad naming conventions and UTM parameter specifications are strictly adhered to.
- Be experienced and comfortable in managing a 6-figure budget.
- Contributing to targeting and audience discussions and creative ideation sessions.
- Documenting A/B tests and experiments, tracking optimisations and capturing learnings.
- Ensuring individual and business KPIs are met each month.
- Supporting the Head of Performance Marketing to help drive the department forward.

- Innovative and able to proactively find solutions to problems such as unexpected low ROAS or CPA spikes.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple ad creatives and parallel testing of concepts and iterations
- Work as a team player whilst being able to work and set individual performance goals and KPIs.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and advanced analytics, able to analyse and improve results.
- Commercial awareness to drive businesses forwards.
- Excellent reporting skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- At least 5+ years’ experience in a similar performance marketing role, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
- An understanding of top of funnel and attribution holistic approach to paid media spend.
